Several years ago, the Conservancy convened the Greater Reading Trails Partnership to begin to work together to connect all of Greater Reading’s fantastic, and under-utilized, natural resources. Together, the partnership prioritized nearly 90 projects to implement that will result in easily accessible, well-marked recreational opportunities that connect numerous trails and natural resources in Greater Reading.
Through this partnership, we have already completed several trails to be enjoyed by the public, and are currently working of the creation of more trails and connections. This partnership primarily includes the following – and we partner with many other municipalities, partners and businesses as we implement individual trail projects:
